Damn...Zibanejad is so me guy I was going the flames targeted with a lehner deal. Guess that won't happen now.

I believe Zibanejad will earn a big deal going forward but I wonder if Stone basically just had his career season. Not saying he will fall off the face of the earth but he kind of came out of nowhere and guys like that can sometimes go back to nowhere.

So Stone is able to sign a second contract after his 3 year ELC...yet was still eligible for the Calder. What a joke.

I disagree about Stone, he'll be a force for years to come. If anything, he'll make Ryan expendable.

I can see him replacing Ryan's Sens-era production, sure.
Either way, that's a pretty solid price for Mika.
