So lets get this straight. Guy who dedicates 8 months of the year to an insanely strict and heavy schedule and keeps himself in peak physical shape for his job goes and decides to party it up in Vegas after his work year finishes?

Shocking.

He got caught, that's crappy for him but it doesn't really change my view of him.

I wouldn't be surprised if the cops didn't even get involved if it was either the M or the blow. But having both in pretty decently large quantities is pretty dumb.

Cops can turn a blind eye to a little coke, but Molly is a schedule 1 drug and if a cop lets that go it's usually instant pink slip.

He had it on him when he entered Wet Republic at MGM. They have him a pat down and busted him. He consented to the pat down

I guess he's been formally charged with felony cocaine possession.

So only possession, not "for the purposes of...". Plea bargain forthcoming IMO.

Weed is a schedule 1 drug so not sure that really matters. I think where you get caught and by who makes the difference. They do the pat downs for a reason and are probably strict as a preventative measure. Getting caught and let go for MOLLY happens a lot in Vegas as well.

Katie Strang @KatieStrangESPN
Update on Stoll case: His felony drug possession charge has been dismissed. Reduced to two misdemeanors #LAK

Katie Strang @KatieStrangESPN
Told that these two misdemeanors are not drug-related charges. That could be critical for any potential immigration/visa issues for Stoll

He'll be extremely fortunate if that's the case. He would be deemed inadmissible to the US if he has a drug conviction of any kind.

obligatory "if that was a normal person they'd be in jail for years" comment.

But seriously, money wins yet again.

If he were a normal person he'd probably do a better job of hiding his drugs.

I've been to that pool party a few times, and they're pretty thorough with their searches. Keep in mind all that you're wearing is a swimsuit, so there's not a lot of places you can put stuff. They go through pretty much everything and take the drugs pretty seriously.

A guy in a cabana beside us hit a weed pipe, security smelled it, called the cops, and he was taken out by the Sheriff in handcuffs.

It's funny that they are MILITANT about the drugs, but seem to be ok with every other hot girl in a bikini being a prostitute.
