Hell Hunter Smith has grown since we drafted him as an over-ager.
Hunter Smith wasn't an over-ager. He was 18 when we drafted him. The over-ager you are thinking of I believe is Austin Carrol.

He was eligible in 2013, is what I think AC was getting at.

So Kylington is pronounced "Shillington"?
This changes everything.

Yeah, Hunter Smith went through a draft unpicked, right? That's what I meant.

I'm hoping we end up with one of Timo Meier, Kyle Connor, Nick Merkley or Konecny. Definitely not as high on Svechnikov as some as I see more bust potential with than the above. I don't think we need to expose ourself to that risk at 15 given the depth of this draft.

Makes it obvious who actually follows him and who just stat scouts.

Wow, just perusing through Button scouting rankings video and Merkely shot scor is 2/5. Thats one of the worst I've seen from a top 20 prospect. His brains must be off the charts to cover up the lack of a shot.
Svechnikov is 4's across the board. Very balanced player.
Konecny has everything going for him got a 3 in skating. But that can be taught.

Not sure skating can be taught (at least nothing drastic if their already 18) but certain players can get by without elite skating. Monahan good example. Team speed really helps though so I be cautious with getting too many average skaters just like I'd b cautious with more small players.

FWIW Jeff Marek in his reddit AMA today said that he believes that the Flames will stay put at 15 and hope they can grab Nick Merkley
