I can see xbox slowly taking sonys market share with some of these new features. Sony needs to make a good spash tonight at their conference or they will take a hit for sure.

Lol NOW they add backwards compatibility...If they had just done that from the beginning, I wouldn't have jumped from XBox 360 to a PS4 this past Boxing Day.

Maybe I'm missing something, but the PS4 does not have backwards compatability.
Yeah, I can't see Bethesda shooting themselves in the foot by locking themselves out of 2/3 of the console market. It would have to be a SUPER MASSIVE truck of cash to do that.
It didn't help prevent Titanfall from flopping. EA bet on the wrong horse with that one.
Really good conference, the one year I have a day off and get to watch E3, I enjoyed it.
As an Xbox One owner I'm happy, I'm still plugging away at some old 360 games and would love to retire the old console and just power up the Xbox One to play them. Nice work MS.

Would be massive, massive news, especially if it's an exclusive. With the game's 20th anniversary coming up in 2017, the time is now if it's going to happen.
Fallout 4 mods on Xbox One would likely swing my purchase decision if it isn't on PS4.
Tomb Raider looks fantastic, too bad it's on the same day as Fallout.
Sea of Thieves looks really cool! Excited to see Rare back making a real game
Hololens Minecraft blew my mind. I hope that isn't incredibly expensive.
Gears 4 was a great reveal to end the show, looks solid. Looks like Gears.
Overall a decent show!
Would anyone be surprised if either game slips? I realize the goal is to ship the game in November but at the same time AC Unity proved that gamers won't buy it in big numbers of the past if the game launches unfinished. I'm really enjoying the Witcher 3 but man that game should have stayed in development for one more month prior to launch as I have a couple of quests I can't finish because of bugs.

I really don't think so -- Bethesda knows they own that release date and made a big deal of it coming 2015. Microsoft only has that Tomb Raider exclusive window for so long -- they specify 'Holiday 2015' every time, so they definitely aren't going to push it.

I'm surprised so many people care about backwards compatibility. Personally I have little interest going back to re-play games from previous generations when there are new and nicer looking games out on the new generation.
