Fantasy NFL RB Help
Hey guys, need a little feedback on my fantasy pool.
We are allowed to keep a starting lineup from our previous seasons team. This consists of 1QB 2 RB 2WR, TE, K and Def. Team.
I've got a couple options at RB. I currently have Warrick Dunn and Ahman Green as potential keepers. I'm pretty set on Dunn. I could trade for Chester Taylor and/or DeShaun Foster for draftpicks.
So who would you keep and why?? Foster vs. Taylor vs. Green
Thoughts?? Thanks guys

Foster is a stud when healthy. Plus he is the projected starter for the team that is the preseason favorite in the NFC. I havn't read too much on Green lately, but he has hasn't done much the last two years.

I'd go Foster. The only issue with him is late season injuries. But with the WR targets the Panthers have, and Keyshaun known for being a good downfield blocker, that should add a few yards to his totals.
Green was a stud, but he has really only had one season where he wasn't injured or fubling the ball on a regular basis. Taylor hasn't reallymade a big impact, and I think we should have seen it by now.
Go for Foster, and be sure to grab TJ Duckett asap to handcuff to Dunn.

I agree. I spent most of the weekend compiling (sp?) atleast 5 magazines worth of fantasy rankings, and Green has fallen almost off the face of the earch. Foster is in the teens for the most part, pretty close to where Dunn resides, but if those are your options, get rid of Green.

Chester is playing on a team with a new coach, in a system with a great O line designed to make the running game easy. I would go with him for sure, the vikings will be pounding the ball a lot this season, from what I have heard he is the sleeper pick in a lot of fantasy drafts.

Personally, I don't think that is a positive thing, but Childress is an unknown as a Head Coach, but was very successful as an offensive co-ordinator.

He was on the Ravens, and god knows they haven't been able to pass, and was never able to make an impact. The Vikings haven't had a consistent back since Robert Smith got hurt (Bennett was good, but injury prone as well). I wish Taylow well (and as a darkhorse, he may be a great pick), but in picking out of the options given I'd still go with Foster.

Thanks guys. I've always been very leary of the Minny RB's. As you can tell my RB position is terrible, and needs some serious work.
I agree, Green is done!! It's between Foster and Taylor.
I'm thinking about trying to grab DeShaun Foster in a pre draft trade, protect him, and then try and steal J. Addai for the Colts. Apparently he's giving Rhodes a big push at RB.
