Why would you quote my assumption of him being town if you weren't talking about the possibility of him being turned?

And Peanut. My reasoning with that post is that the Host would have been somewhere involved in the ECF vote especially if they were trying to save Mrkajz44 or Hockeyguy15. The later 2 votes would have been more risky.
If they were just host jumping on town vs town, I think it's more likely they are in the middle than at the end.

As per my post:

At no point did I mention the spore.
Then these two posts come back to back, both quoting me:

Because I thought you were trying to insinuate that Seb was not confirmed town at the time of the vote.

Of for #### sake. I wasn't being ambiguous. I was saying he hadn't posted in five days, and I had forgotten that he was still here. Your post reminded me of that. Next time I'll quote it like this for you:

I'm sticking with Starseed for now. Lego was suspicious before with his low post count. Feel the sub in could be because participating as scum was too much for how available he was. Starseed has been more active already. Deflecting suspicion? Just getting caught up? At this point, I think he's deflecting suspicion.
I hadn't noticed SebC's absence from the thread. He said he wouldn't be around Sunday/Monday's, but it's now almost Wednesday evening.

Also I have to say reading through the Diss and HG argument the last few pages, it felt staged to me.

It would have been tough to notice him in your two posts (literally) between his post five days ago and when I posted that I hadn't seen him an hour ago. I guess it's four now since you just added two more. I'd like to see you post more. I'd like to see more people post more. The game is way too hard when people don't. In the last game I was on a honeymoon in Hawaii for two weeks and I still managed to almost double your post count over the same time frame. I was given a hard time for how little I posted, and I deserved it.
Multiple times you've commented that people are laying low and you can't get a read on them. Here you said Lego had a low post count. It's true, but guess who's right there with him? You. You don't have to be here all the time. You don't have to post 10 times a day, but you do need to make an effort to be on here, commenting on the game and helping to find the hosts. If that's two good posts a day, then fine.

I'm actually reading along and checking in. I often don't feel like I have anything to add that hasn't already been covered by another person already. :/ But even if I don't have new sleuthing ideas I can make an effort to start at least posting who I agree with if that will help the town. Or which arguments make sense to me.
I also notice Pux hasn't been around since her daughter voted for me. Lol. But since I'm reasonably confident she couldn't have been turned yet because of the genetic anomaly, I guess there's a benign explanation for her absence.

Lol. And exhibit 906 of why it's intimidating to post.
I just thought the argument seemed a bit staged when I was reading through it.

I'm not so sure staged is the right word, but the way it ended was so abrupt. Diss has a few massive posts about why HG is scum and then suddenly he decides that as he's doing he research, that HG is probably town. I do like the idea of changing your mind as new information comes in, but this was a very sudden change.
At first, I didn't think it was staged though. I felt like they would have put more work in the "resolution" part of it, because the way the dispute just suddenly ended seemed pretty organic. That's how I saw it initially.

Then this post pops up and makes me re-consider. We've already discussed how it would be good for scum to vote for other scum to throw the town off the trail should a scum card be flipped. So Diss voting for HG doesn't really mean a whole bunch. I'm not sure HG was almost lynched, though it was somewhat close there for a while (if a Mafia buddy could jump off, was he really that close?). I guess what I'm trying to say is: here is Diss again, saying "look at what I did! No way scum would do this". It feel like he's (again) trying to hard to show he does town things.

If I was going to stage something like that I would have done a better job with the ending. There was no saying "look what I did!", HG asked me to do some serious research into his posting, I did, the evidence I saw supported him more toward being town than scum. That is it. Every time I thought I had discovered something there was other posts that cleared things up for me. Could I have continued to make a case against him? Sure, but why would I if I think he is town? It was better to try and focus elsewhere.

Mrkajz do you want to comment on this? It's post 1410 if you want to see what I quotes from you.

Yesterday, I wanted to see what waves starseed would make before making some of my own. I've also not yet fully re-analyzed things since ECF's card flip - while I said I would learn from it, and I did, what I learnt did more to equalize people on my suspicions list than to give me a good play today. I also thought that since there's doubt as to my status, but none as to Puxlut's, that if we're looking to have a confirmed townie lead the way today that it should be Puxlut. I took my shot and missed, so that further affects my self-assessment as "not the best person to be leading". I suspect that some of you might share that assessment, thus I did not think I needed to be active early on this game day. Even when I did lead, I was content to do it late.
A couple other things.
- I'm going to the World Cup tomorrow, but I look forward to and will be around for crunch time on Friday.
- In case Hockeyguy15 hasn't learned from his mistake (or was it?), I am not turned.

If you don't mind. I have some suspicious reserves about him but I would like to see more of what you.
It might have something to do with me reading all of his posts in an Arnold Austrian accent. (I know I'm a goof)
