I'm impressed by the scooter and keg, but especially the storage rack couches. And damn, that's a clean garage floor.

Have seen the storage rack couches only one time before and always wanted to copy. Sadly, I do too many messy building projects in the garage to make it reasonably feasible.
What a fantastic 'hideout', Sliver. We are all jealous.

I am in Lake Bonavista quite a bit, as I have a few friends there. If I ever see a guy on a mobility scooter coming home from the Brewsters there, I am going to stop and shake your hand Sliver.

I stopped reading at this paragraph:

Most of them are men. About half are in Germany and Switzerland, but he knows of a few in Canada. Most crave an amputation or paralysis, though he has interviewed one person who wants his penis removed.

That's the spirit. I'll do my best to turn the tide.

Letting people believe you are disabled despite being able-bodied is despicable and and in the realm of posing as a cancer patient and having people raise money on your behalf.

But he's not pretending to be disabled, people are assuming he is because he is on a lil' rascal.

Definitely a grey area, but it's not like he has an IV bag, and an oxygen tank to really sell it.

It was his previous username. Now that guy was one hell of a villain.

Hell, if his previous username was the equivalent of Cactus Jack, Sliver went from being Mankind to Dude Love in all of three pages.

I once told a guy sitting next to me on an aeroplane that I was deaf. To be fair, I had a raging ear-infection and all I could hear at the time sounded like "bwah-bwah-bwah". Talking was just not an option.

After the plane landed, he turned to me and said "DO. YOU. NEED. ANY. HELP. WITH. YOUR. BAG?"

It was kind of sweet of him. But also kind of funny. I'll never know if he was asking just because he was a gentleman, or if he thought hearing-impaired people have trouble with overhead bins. In any case, I feel kind of bad about saying I was deaf.

Try being born in the wrong body when you are sick and there is no cure.

I really hope they don't add this to the psychiatric list. How can it be anything more than a disorder?

Cause people thought you just made everything up. Now that we know you actually are as zany as you say you are you've become a folk hero.
