Not much to report. Only singles in first couple rows of blacks, green pair in row 17 of 204, one white pair in row 13 of 228. Might take a day or so for more to get moving. I think most people in the first couple of days already have seats they really like.
These were some others I wrote while I was on the phone:
205 Row 9 - $5700 per, I think the front row of that section?
207 Row 18 Green
212 Row 20 White, Center Ice
214 Row 22 White
216 Row 1 Gold
216 Row 20 Green
222 Row 23 White
224 Row 20 White
227 Row 20 White
228 Row 2 Silver
228 Row 4 Red
228 Row 18 White

STH since 1999.
My time was 10:00am this morning (June 1st).
We upgraded to whites. If someone is looking for oranges, the seats we gave up were about as good of seats as you can get in the oranges ($2400/seat approximately). Sec 222 Row 14, right on the aisle next to 223 (start of whites).
Let me know if any of you nab my old seats!

Wasn't it annoying having the huge lineup of people going up to the PL level right beside you? Often in the middle of play.

I have second row of greens and have been thinking of moving to something like these. My only worry is the constant parade to PL blocking your view. Did you find this an issue?

Hm, valid point. We had always loved those seats, and the blocking wasn't that bad. Granted, it does happen of course. the ushers usually did a good job of managing the flow of people so it wasn't too bad during actual play.
But, yes, it is buyer beware, it does happen. For us it wasn't that bad though. And, sometimes the people that would walk by, I was ok with them (her) blocking my view!

This might be a dumb question, but can you clarify this for me? I've seen this posted before, noting a section like 216 being in the 'whites'.
From what I can see, the whites begin at section 215 and over to 209.
That said, I do see in the seating chart a chunk of white space below the orange in section 216. Is that the section you're referencing? While it stands to reason it would be, the fact you mentioned it's row 20 is what has me confused.
Am I misunderstanding something?

Whites:
On the sides rows 11-26, on the ends rows 5-10
Sorry I had the 216 row 20 down wrong, it is Green not White

Yes, thats' the same chart I was reviewing. But he had noted row 20 in section 216 calling it the whites, so in reviewing that above chart, fitting 20 rows in the white section of 216 seemed a hair snug.

Called for the 3:00-3:45 window, no pairs below row 20 btw 211-213 or 225-227. I'm staying in 211 row 14, and to be honest there isn't a thing wrong with the seats.
Figure I have only three rows that I can move into to stay in whites, it would take an act of god to move down. Or my partners agreeing to move up to reds.

Well you just saved me a phone call with this post, so thank you.
I'm in 213 row 23 and wanted to try and move down.

Anyone know the situation in the first 4 rows of the west press level. Would love to move down below the catwalk.

Sorry if this is a little off track.
I'm currently on the Hot House list for season tickets in the PL. I get that I'm likely committed to these tickets for 3 years I'm just curious if after the 3 years if anyone has had any luck getting a pair in the first 3 rows of PL.
Thanks in advance.

For the last few years there were always a few options in the first three rows of PL. This year there hasn't been anything so far but maybe that changes as we get later in the relocation process. These first couple days are just people who have been season ticket holders for years so maybe they are less likely to be in PL. So far it looks like not much movement at all this year. I'm guessing there were very few seats available going into it.

Yep, I think it was on my 4th year I was able to get some seats in Row 2 of the PL section. This could have been related to how well the Flames were doing though, people weren't as happy with the Flames product at the time as compared to now. So it's totally possible that the renewal rate will be much higher than previous years, which can make it tougher to move forward.

Did my relocation just now.
She couldn't find anything in the first few rows of PL. Closest thing was row 5, which I believe is the first row after the walkway.
Moved from sec 223 to row 219 row 17, which is the first row in the greens, Pretty satisfied!

Thanks for sharing.
Sounds like you're happy with the new seats, so that great to hear.
What row were you in @ 223?
