Cole has definitely lost a step in my mind compared to his old days.

But something about his voice and calls is so classic. I guess it just brings back great memories of late 90s and early 00s playoffs for me.

Not sure if we're more lucky to have Gaudreau or AC, either way I'm happy the fanbase has both.

looks like a 50 goal man, just the near misses alone would make an incredible reel.
the scary thing is, he's going to start to cash more of those chances.
johnny is better than this, that's what's so mind blowing to see in this video.
see you next year nhl.

People questioned if he'd be able to play in the league at all and in his first season he was a 65-point All-star. In his rookie year.

I don't feel it's overhyping him to say it anymore. Kid's going to be a superstar. It's just the way it is.

I've never seen anyone with his skillset. His reaction time is insane, he nearly made Volchenkov hurt his back getting twisted up so bad. That was the best highlight, Johnny embarrassed and hurt a guy with his deke.

As I've said earlier, he will lead the league in scoring next year. Book it.

"Biggest sports star the city of Calgary has ever seen" doesn't seem unreasonable.

Love how all the different analysts and announcers are just awestruck with Johnny's skill. The kid is off the charts in so many ways. He'll probably be developing his shot this offseason to make him even more dangerous. I honestly believe he is within a year or two of being the most dynamic offensive player in the game. Maybe sooner. You can feel the other team starting to panic when he builds speed through the neutral zone with the puck. It's awesome.
