Bennett: keep that head up and play a smart contact game.
Granlund: some more muscle and a lot of faceoff work.
Colborne: more shots.

Granlund: Bulk up, faceoffs, work on getting that wicked shot off.
Wotherspoon: Own camp
Backlund: Faceoffs, stay healthy through camp. The one year you did you blew up and got everyones attention.
Shore: Own camp
Colborne: a bit more meanness in you game. Use you size like you did in the playoffs.

Monahan: Keep doing what you're doing, you know what you got to do.
Gaudreau: Freshman year is over, you know what you're in for now, adapt. Not that you really have to but there's superstar stuff in you, keep going.
Ferland: Pick your battles. Reckless abandon is awesome, but being a bit more wise is going to do you wonders.

Brodie: Find better than supersonic? Is that even possible? Wait! Shoot more.
Jooris: Consistency. Big BIG thing for you pal.

Bouma: invent Adamantium. Fuse your bones with it, your a mutant with your healing ability.

Ferland: prepare to round out your game and bring in the offense we know you have

Granlund: work on explosive leg power - you need more speed and jump to be an NHLer

Every Centremen on this team: re-watch the series with the Ducks, and see how we got man-handled in the dot. Work on face-offs, and watch what the best centre's in the league do in the dot to be so effective

Shore, Granlund, Wotherspoon.

All three should work on adding strength, and work on skating skills. These three guys will all have a huge opportunity to not only make the big team next season, but be big contributors.

Shore is the one that excites me most. I think there is a really good player there.
