ya I could see that, I figure they play a bunch together too against better teams (take out Gundogan/Di Maria or one of the wingers and play with 2 more central midfielders

Just for fun - SkyBet odds for "Who will be in goal for Manchester United next season?":
Hugo Lloris - 11/4
Victor Valdes - 3/1
David De Gea - 4/1
Asmir Begovic - 7/1
Tim Krul - 12/1
Petr Cech - 14/1
Jasper Cillesen - 16/1
Iker Casillas - 16/1
Anders Lindegaard - 20/1
Ben Amos - 20/1

I'm surprised Bernd Leno didn't make the list, he'd be one of those I'd be interested in the most. Pretty funny that they list Lindegaard and Amos - they have about the same chance to be at Old Trafford as I do.

No Roman Weidenfeller? Dortmund are going to have a firesale soon and I'd be surprised if he wasnt a part of it.

Have you watched Weidenfeller this season? He's not at the same level that he used to be. I thought Langerak was better this season and it's no surprise that they will replace Weidenfeller in the summer (they'll probably buy Timo Horn from Cologne).

Admittedly no. This year is probably the least that I've watched most games. Been way too busy.

I wouldn't mind if it was Lloris, just because of the price Levy would surely get for him
bring in someone like Begovic or Cillesen for 10, then spend 20m on a CB
for United it's different and spending 30m or so on Hugo may make a bit more sense, but with something like 100m to spend I think the Guardian said, id rather buy Cech for 1/4 of the price, he's still only 32, could have another 6-8 years easy

man, 2015 has not been kind to Liverpool.

Sterling is due to hold talks with Rodgers #LFC CEO Ian Ayre on Friday. Expected to say he wants to leave
Ben Smith @BenSmithBBC
Sterling has actually already told Brendan Rodgers he wants to leave Liverpool this summer. Did so before the Chelsea game

someone said he put in a transfer request too
I think I said it earlier but the story is all about the money, no matter what his agent leaked to sky sports, he only moved from London to Liverpool to join the youth team because they offered more than QPR
Also, this is very true

Whatever you think, neither side comes out of this well. Personally, I think we do not yet know if Sterling is Eden Hazard or Aaron Lennon.

hard to argue with his talent and skillset though. Movement and technique are outstanding for a 20 year old. If developed properly in a good system, he can be a superstar, no doubt in my mind.
Bayern would be a perfect fit IMO. They need help up front with Ribery and Robben entering their twilight years.

I don't think Sterling will go this summer. LFC will want a huge fee with 2 years still remaining on his contract, and i don't imagine too many clubs will be lined up to pay a huge fee yet. He has all the potential in the world, but he's yet to actually reach that level of play.
If he wants a move to another club, he should put his head down for one more year and put in enough good performances to be worthy of a move to one of the top clubs like Bayern or one of the Spanish Giants. As of right now he'd have a difficult time getting any games there.

Jamie Carragher ✔ @Carra23
I can't sleep thinking about this LVG speech if anyone has the full speech send me it! I love that man!!

Raheem Sterling will not be signing a new contract with Liverpool even if he is offered £900,000 ($1.4 million) a week, the player's agent has told the London Evening Standard.
On Thursday, Ward (Sterling's Agent) said: "I don't care about the PR of the club and the club situation. I don't care.
"He is definitely not signing. He's not signing for £700, £800, £900 thousand a week. He is not signing.
Ward also hit out at former Liverpool defender Jamie Carragher, who said Sterling needs to change his agent and stay at Anfield.
"Carragher is a knob," Ward said. "Everybody knows it. Any of the criticism from current pundits or ex-Liverpool players -- none of them things matter to me. It is not relevant."

Its a good thing I'm not a manager. I'd be assigning him to the reserves for the next 2 years.

its not a play nothing game either
entering Europa league in September group stages, or having pre-season interrupted and having to play in a playoff on I think July 30th
