Callahan practicing with Tampa today and looks like he is cleared for contact.

Probably will play Game 1.

Oh how I hope you're all wrong. The thought of a potential Ducks/Bolts Final is nauseating.

Stanley Cup on the line with crowd noise/energy levels on par with a Wednesday night, mid-season game. That's riveting television.

Ha ha ha. That message is kind of fitting when taken into consideration with your avatar. Sorry if I came off a little crispy as I thought you were being a smart ass.

Interesting, my hate for Tampa is gone. Maybe since it's been over 10 years, and the Flames don't play Tampa very often, but I like watching them play. Young players in key roles, including a couple non drafted players, a super star in Stamkos and Hedman, and fast pace style. They're my team in the East now I think.

I'm sticking with my predictions from before the playoffs started, which was the Rangers over Chicago for the cup. I think the Rangers take this one in another 7 game butt-clencher.

Ha no worries.
I just meant the Bolts have the potential to score a ton. The Wings and Habs have a away of sucking the fun out of any game - but I guess the Rangers do too, imo. Tampa still scored 4 or more goals 4 times this playoffs.

Definitely hoping Tampa wins this series. I think I've lost my hatred of this team as well, and would much rather see them in the final than the Rangers. A lot of guys on that team I'm not a big fan of.

Yeah, this one really doesnt matter. The Rangers are going to enjoy losing in the Finals two years in a row.

The Rangers sure are good at scoring goals in the first and last minutes of a period.

before these playoffs, I had no idea how good are Johnson, Kucherov, Killorn and Palat
A very young team as well. The lightning should be good for a long time

Too bad Kevin Hayes didn't sign with the Flames. Good player and would look great on any of the lines. Chemistry with Johnny, nice complement to Bennett I'd think and would even fit with Bouma and Colborne nicely... Oh well, Johnny tried!

Kucherov was a second and Kilhorn a third - but Palat a seventh rounder and Johnson undrafted free agent. Lucky or good, doesn't matter. And don't forget that Drouin should still become a real player yet.

Yeah and on top of all that, Stamkos and Hedman are only 25 & 24 respectively.

Lightning should be a good team for a long time as long as these players continue to improve. The Druin pick still baffles me a bit as he seems like a luxury pick while Seth Jones would have really solidified the team going forward as their defensive group is solid but unspectacular.

Well, this is going to be an utterly boring series.

Hopefully Ducks-Hawks is better. Looks like Flames-Canucks is going to be the high point of this year's post-season.
