Ramo looks like a mix between Carrot Top and Mike Commodore.

Gaudreau, asked by throng of media what he's taking in summer school: "Communications. Maybe I can get an internship with one of you guys."

That's 139 characters.

There is always a way to not butcher the English language. Not intending to pick on Francis (he's actually grown on me a bit this year, to the point where I'm actually interested in reading his stuff now). It's just a peeve of mine. I love Twitter. I think limiting your thoughts to 140 characters is great for everyone involved, but it's not an excuse.

Aaron Vickers @AAVickers
Ramo expressed an interest in remaining with the #Flames, and suggested remaining in the NHL is his priority.

Yeah I don't see Ramo back unless the Treliving goes full Corleone before July 1.

Glad that Ramo got to pump up his stock during the Anaheim series. Have a really hard time seeing him back. Ortio is on a 1 way and Hiller with a year left on his deal to mentor him and split time.

Gio says he might have played if they made it to round 3

Randy Sportak @SUNRandySportak
#Flames Mark Giordano said there was no chance of playing against Anaheim. “Not unrealistic” he’d have played if won that series.

Pat Steinberg @Fan960Steinberg
Giordano says there was a possibility he could have returned had the team gone another round. Ruled out the Anaheim series, though. #Flames

The crazy thing is how many times I've forgotten that we still have Giordano on this team. Our best player!

How would Anaheim have done without Getzlaff during the last half of the season and playoffs? Vancouver without one of the Sedins? Even Chicago got Kane back for game one of the playoffs.

Man, all I want for Christmas this year is a guarantee that we'll have Monahan, Johnny, Bennett, Backlund, Gio, Brodie, Russell, Wideman, Hiller/Ramo/Orito, Ferland and Bouma 100% healthy for all 82 games plus the playoffs next season.

I don't think that's an unreasonable request.

I really like Ramo and thought on the whole he was slightly ahead of Hiller all year. Being the younger option as well, I feel inclined to say he's the guy I want back next season.

Ortio is very exciting as well, but not exactly proven in this league.

Gaudreau and Jooris
We have them living together in one of our properties!

A friend of mine was an instructor at UMaine while he was studying toward his Masters Degree. In one of the courses he taught one of his students was Niko Dimitrakos. This was the 3rd time Dimitrakos was taking this particular first year course, which was required to graduate.

When my friend told him that he needed his course to graduate, Dimitrakos simply replied "What do I need a degree for? I'm going to the NHL and am going to make a million dollars."

Credit to Dimitrakos, he did just that.

Hands up if you remember Dimitrakos or know where he's playing now?

I'd take Gaudreau for his attitude, work ethic and respect alone.
