I've often thought you could eat a Harvey's burger no problem even if you had no teeth because of that weird spongey texture.

Smashburger is the best. Their burgers are actually burger like in every way, doesn't have the charcoal dryness of Mcds, the inconsistent A&W, the brick of grease Wendy's or the weird aftertaste of the drive ins. Smash burger easily the best in town (IMO)

I tried the California burger at Fatburger today...that is some nice stuff, just loaded with pepper jack cheese and guac.
http://www.fatburgercanada.com/menu/...ers-sandwiches
Expensive as hell though - for that reason alone, I prefer 5 guys.

I haven't gone through the thread, but I just finished dinner at Boardwalk. Fantastic burgers fries and shakes... Definite recommend. It's at the corner of fairmont drive and heritage drive.

Five Guys without a doubt. Absolutely wonderful experience every time I've gone.

I didn't find Boardwalk to be that great. Maybe they changed things since last summer. It was just kind of "meh" for me. Five Guys is okay, but awfully greasy. I don't expect a burger to be healthy, but the greasiness is a turn off.
Personally I like Silver Sage at the Farmers Market. The Urban Bistro burger is delicious. My other go to is Boogies.' Love the Boog Mac, but the buns get soggy fast, so not really a good take out burger.

I am right now eating a Burger from Big Wheel Burger in Victoria. If you're ever in Victoria, go there! Soooooo yummy.
Also, they may not be fast food, but The Pink Bicycle is the best Burger joint in Victoria, you can not go wrong ever in that place. So divine.

Mozza burger is one of the more underrated fast food burgers out there, especially compared to the more popular Teen burger.
Whopper still tops the list for me... Is it Wednesday yet?!?

I made my biannual trip to BK for a whopper and was hugely let down. Still like the toppings but it seemed like the patty was thinner and devoid of any beefy flavour.
Also had a rare Big Mac last week for McHappy day, and it remains an effective secret sauce delivery mechanism.
A&W is my go-to in a hurry, Smashburger if I have a coupon, and 5 Guys for the perfection that is fresh jalapeńo slices on a cheeseburger.

Well those crappy burger patties were still better than Harvey's.
You can make a Harvey's burger taste good because you are putting so much topping on it that it overcomes the synthetic beef taste.

Wow, does that ever bring memories back. Co-Op and Sears as well as the Bay!

What I don't like about Smashburger is their menu is regional.
I want a Colorado Burger, grill green chillies

Teen vs. Mozza?
Teen = Tomato, Lettuce, Onion, Pickle, Yellow Cheese, Bacon, Mayo, Ketchup, Mustard.
Mozza= Lettuce, Tomato, Mozza sauce (Glorified thousand island salad dressing), Mozza cheese (real surprisingly), Bacon.
Mozza's easily my favorite A&W burger. Close second is the Papa with Cheese minus the whole Onion they seem to pack into it.
Also an issue I have with the teen now, they used to use diced onion but when they brought back the family burgers they switched to ringed and the damned cooks always throw in a whole onion slice which is gross.

Haha I'm the opposite with onions, my 2nd (well 3rd now after the pepper'd bacon one) at A&W is a Papa burger with no cheese or bacon or pickles and extra onions, extra extra! I love onions on a burger.

I don't know how you can find 5 guys greasy but Boogies not? They fry their buns. They make their burgers 1979 style and are proud of it. Nothing wrong with that although I wish I liked it as much as everyone else. Just find it meah, and very greasy. The chilli fries on the other hand are bomb. I'll give them that.
