Default Injuries?

Now that the season is over, is there any word on who was playing through what? I always find this pretty interesting for some reason.

I'd imagine we'll hear about all this on when they clean out the locker room and do exit interviews. Tuesday, Wednesday? Just asked Freeway on Twitter, hopefully he knows.

I think we'll find out that Josh Jooris has had a pretty significant problem with his wrist for quite some time.

That would be puzzling IMO. If that was the case, then I have no idea why Shore wouldn't have played instead of him....unless Shore was banged up too.

I would think Monahan has a shoulder injury, Bouma an hand and or finger injury

As for Hudler not totally sure...

Ferland I would guess hurt his shoulder during the 1st round

I'm curious to know if Bennett's shoulder held up and he's good to go or is gonna need a bit more work this off season.

Personally I think Brodie has an ailment, seemed a step off the last two games. Probably something minor, if anything.

Probably just exhausted from playing almost 30 minutes a night since Giordano went down.

I could see Russell being banged up somehow, just due to how much rubber he blocks and the hard minutes. But he strikes me as a guy that could do it forever. Playing hockey doesn't seem to tire him out, must have worked like an ox back on the farm.

My guess is the following players have injuries from all those slashes and crosschecks via ANA. That are 2-4 week to be back to full health.
Monahan
Hudler
Ferland
Jooris more than minor.
Russell
Brodie
Maybe Wideman and Johnny.

Pat Steinberg @Fan960Steinberg
Ferland says he tore his oblique in game 4 against Vancouver. No surgery needed. #Flames

Eric Francis @EricFrancis
Micheal Ferland just revealed he tore his oblique Game 4 vs Vcr on hit by Hamhuis.

Eric Francis @EricFrancis
Ferland was freezing torn oblique to numb pain and it was aggravated every hit he made until he simply needed to take 2 games off vs Ana

Pat Steinberg @Fan960Steinberg
Ferland said the injury affected him most when he was throwing a hit. Really got bad in game 1 vs. Anaheim. #Flames

Aaron Vickers @AAVickers
Bennett reports bumps and bruises, but nothing major. "My shoulder's never felt so good." #Flames

Pat Steinberg @Fan960Steinberg
Ortio says he's still rehabbing his ankle injury and will be all summer. Suffered a high ankle sprain in February. #Flames

Bouma seemed to take a slash when he almost scored. I was worried it was is hand again.
