Ya, seam at the front doesn't work for me, either. Its like a little dribble every time I move the cup away from my mouth.

McDonald's coffee is great but it absolutely ruins my stomach for the rest of the day whenever I drink it.

I gave up on McD when they started charging for tomatoes. Like OBCT above, I was a QPC guy but lettuce and tomatoes extra. The BLT isn't my bag since I can take or leave the bacon (it's always so expensive). However, they started charging 15 cents each for the fingerful of lettuce and razor thin slice of tomato. F that. Every competing chain gives the same for free. The only reason I go back to McD now is for the happy meal for kids. Luckily my son prefers BK.

You're right. I'm much better and drinking cold liquids from a glass. I'll stick to what I'm good at!

McNuggets are awesome. I always bring a bunch to potlucks and people can't eat them fast enough. There will be all these crazy dishes girls slaved away on all day, trying to get them to look like Pinterest meals and nobody looks at them twice until the nuggets are gone.
Did anybody else work there? There was this one fat white trash lady that would always come to the Northland location and order fries with no salt. We'd have to whip up a special batch for her. GD I hated that woman.

I'm at the airport in St. Paul today and they have an A&W - but a strange American version of A&W that includes
- Deli Burgers (burgers with beef, but also pastrami on them, in addition to mushrooms)
- Cheese Curds
- Corn Dog nuggets
The Deli Burger is the main thing that caught my eye - taking an already unhealthy food and just ramping it up to new level.
I would tell you how it was - but I took a pass.

Subway pizzas are somewhat similar, not quite the McPizza but not bad at all.

I liked the Big Xtra but you have to go to Wal-Mart to get one and I'd rather not go there.

That's the move though; you get fresh fries every time and add your own salt instead of ones that have been sitting under the heat lamp.

The Quarter Pounder BLT basically replaced (not quite the same I know) the Big Xtra and I don't believe you can get it at WalMart McD's anymore (at least at my local one).
The burger I wish they would bring back (might be in a very small minority here) is the Arch Deluxe. I loved that burger in my teens and was quite sad when they took it away.

Today I hit a new low. Went to Tims for a BLT then McDonalds for a coffee.
The two Tims near my work have yet to give me a normal tasting regular coffee so I refuse to order it. Literally throwing money away.
I don't get how a Regular at McDonalds is the same taste 99.9% of the time while Tim Hortons is 50/50 at best. They both use sure shot machines. Are Tims employees just that much more inept?

Wasn't the Arch Deluxe the same as a Big Xtra? It was some many years ago and I can't remember which burger was which.

Get out.. Just go!
Bun + tangy sauce were awesome for the arch.
I also miss the big xtra seasoning, the jacked up qp isn't the same

This was my go to burger when I worked there. Toast the arch deluxe bun (it wasn't normally toasted) and then fresh grill a quarter pounder patty. Soak up the remaining patty grease on clean paper towel. Add Ketchup/Mustard, pickles, sliced onions, lettuce, tomato and bacon. I can still taste it... Mmmmmmm

McDonalds tries to do too much. Stick to what you're good at. Breakfast. Just coffee menu and breakfast. 24hrs a day.

What? One of the Burgerquest guys passes on an opportunity to indulge on a Deli Burger?
