This team just keeps on giving. So pleased that they won last night because the series will be going to at least 5 games, I will be traveling to Calgary on Saturday (bringing a group of travel agents to visit Alberta) and cannot wait to sample the atmosphere in town. I will be flying in my Flames jersey whether work likes it or not

So after getting up at 2:30am to watch the game my internet connection inexplicably cut out in OT about a minute before the goal.

I was frantically trying to reset my router while reading the game thread on my iPhone and that's how I learned about the win. This on top of the rest of the game drama -- I've never been so angry and so happy at the same time. I might need therapy.

Go back and rewind about a minute or so before the OT winner and just watch the abuse Hudler was taking in front of the net from Stoner. No wonder Jiri's off his game, it's amazing he can even still walk. So many cheapshots, the one that drew the delayed penalty was just one example.

So happy with Backlund's game, he has been one of the few Flames emotionally engaged in all three games so far. We never knew he was such a mucker and I love his apparent hatred of Kesler.

We showed we can beat the Ducks. It is still a huge David vs Goliath battle though. I've never seen the Flames so dominated in faceoffs. Seems like every mistake we make leads to a golden scoring chance for the Ducks. Still have a hard time getting into the slot and when we do we're just getting cheapshotted. All four goals scored by Calgary tonight were very good goals, we don't get any fortuitous bounces around the net or dirty goals so each scoring chance has so much riding on it. Still, I believe. We had more good quality scoring chances than we have had in the first two games combined. Win again at home and we have a new series.

I thought the crowd was too nervous, and a little quiet. I imagine they will step it up on Friday though. I have no voice now though, so I pulled my weight!

Go Flames Go! Hopefully I have my voice back for Game 6 next week, make it happen boys!

First time I've watched more than 5 minutes of a game this year. I was just thinking to myself "man, Backlund is just awful" and then he scores. ******.

I just love how Kesler was on the ice for the game tying and game winning goal

Kesler and Perry make it easy to dislike the Ducks. I never feel bad when they have their pouty (so hard done by) faces on TV.

The expression on Hudler's face on the GWG is priceless:

As good as the Ducks roster is I'm still surprised Jackman plays every night for them as they really don't need his size all that much given the overall size or their roster. That 4th line is the one line the Flames have dominated all series.

Great win and hopefully this gives them some confidence. The Ducks can be such a soul sucking team to play against.

Backlund redeemed himself somewhat. I also though tRaymond had a few good moments. He's a streaky player, so hopefully it's the start of something.

Yup, really good to have Diaz back in the mix. Having a reliable bottom pairing is so essential right now. Diaz's return is greatly underestimated.

One of the best seasons I can ever remember as a fan, and you have not watched 5 mins all year?

I feel sorry for you.
