Flames D are tired from the minutes in the first round I think. Started making mistakes and rushing plays near the end of the first round and it's continued in the second round. Definitely need to add some dmen that Hartley will actually play in the offseason

Wow, that was just utter domination by the Ducks for a good 3 minutes. I'm not even mad even more, we are clearly playing the best team in the NHL, imo.

Crazy how a couple of great players like they have on the Ducks can amplify the level of players like Maroon and Beleskey. No way they would be playing as well as they do if they were on the Flames.

my 2 favorite flames - Monahan and Brodie, have been legit bad
no other word really covers it. Brodie is way outmatched and Monahan is invisible/detrimental

I hate to say this but Hartley really has to pair Russell and Brodie together once in awhile instead of Russell/Wideman- our strength is our speed against this team. I wonder how that would pan out.

Yeah but this happens when guys are playing 27 minutes a game for the first time in their NHL careers. The top 4 was starting to wear down in the last few weeks of the regular season. The try is still there but the body isn't responding as quickly.
