The ice was actually less tilted when Anaheim was on the PP.

I mean it's only halfway through period 1 of the second road game - no throwing in the towel - but it was a good run no matter what.

There. At least forcing them to ice the puck is something.

It's turning. Two straight shifts in their end. No pressure yet, but it's coming

Can't expect to beat a team this physical if you're not going to throw some hits.

Anaheim is adopting Calgary's strategy to kill the other team's momentum: ice the puck. Since we can't win faceoffs in the offensive zone it's killing us.

Maybe Flames should take more penalties so they can ice the puck freely.

Because Cogliano isn't even close to their best player? What a disingenuous thing to say.
A more apt description would be; The Stanley Cup favorite Anaheim Ducks are easily handling the rebuilding Calgary Flames who are missing their number #1 Norris Calibre D-man, aka the captain of the team, along with their best forward this season playing at 50% and the biggest game changer from series 1 not playing.
Year two of a rebuild, it apparently needs repeating.

You're the one predicting 6 goal losses for the rest of the series and complaining about it before it even happens.

Not as effective as normal during this post-season, but he's a heck of a player.

Apart from the Jooris breakaway and the Bennett goal have the Flames had any real scoring chances this series?

I disagree, there is nothing embarrassing about it.
Flames haven't given up, sounds like some fans have and it's only 1-0. If the Flames can get some traction here it will be a better game. There is still lots of time left, they just need to figure it out sooner rather than later.
