I actually don't think Hiller has been as bad as Johnson is making him out to be.

If those three posts go in its 5-0. They've been the best team by quite a bit

If you pull Hiller in the intermission, you destroy his confidence in this series.

I miss hughson and Simpson. These guys are way worse. And this intermission crew will be unlistenable.

Wasn't our Flames.

I thought first period was decent, Ducks got some clearer bounces, but that's alright we'll be able to build up some momentum!!! GFG!

To summarize exactly what I said in the GDT; the Ducks score both their goals right in front of the net because they battle so hard there. Flames have to be much better in front of their net the rest of this series, and battle harder for loose pucks in front of Andersen.

Not a great period, but we've seen the Flames adapt and come back in games before. Just need to get the next one and not go down 3-0.

definitely think they should pull Ferly...

no sense in risking him to a more significant injury in Game One...

They seem to be relatively even on offensive chances, biggest difference is that the Ducks have defended waaaay better than the Flames.

Good news I guess: the Flames weren't very good in the first period of game 1 against the Canucks either.

What does concern me right now is that the Flames just can't defend behind the net against the larger Ducks.
