Derek Morris #53 black horsehead jersey.
Saint John Flames #47 Giguere jersey (I was debating between Giguere and St. Louis. Should have got St. Louis)
White Rob Niedermayer jersey on opening night 01-02 season.
Red Steve Reinprecht which I got in the season ticket holder pre-order when the jersey was launched (so the lettering is black).
The other Flames jerseys I have are great. Housley pedestal, Iginla pro, pedestal with "2000" patch and Lanny McDonald.

I think this is a winner.
What a rogues gallery.

The weight has been lifted
Pretty upsetting actually, considering when the trade was announced I was in Lacombe a few pints too deep eating wings and tried to order an Iggy Bruins jersey. Didn't go through (does the NHL official store prevent you from committing atrocities such as ordering custom star player cresting on the wrong teams?), waited, and ended up getting the Pens jersey which I think I wore 3-4 times.
At least I'd get some use from the Bruins one as I actually don't mind them. Also, super easy for me to gift away as my dad has a ton of friends who are weirdly obsessed with the Bruins.

2004 game worn Stephan Yelle #11.
Hurts my nipples.
Because it's so gritty.

I saw a Steffan Kronwall jersey at the dome for game 4.
Why?

For context (and defensive purposes) I have an extensive collection and have been working towards a full league set:
Within a month of the trade I thought there was finally a leafs jersey I wouldn't hate...I own a kessel jersey...I hate it
Wanted a new jets jersey as soon as possible to add to the collection and thought they had the next remarkable power forward. Bought a Kane jersey. He turned out to be remarkable...ly annoying.
Have also won some odd jerseys from bars. Have a nice Bobby Hull Blackhawks jersey...with a 2010 cup crest? Also have a Howe jersey on a heritage classic Detroit. Actually makes for an incredibly nice jersey, and no crest to give it away, so you have to know what you're looking at to find it out of place...but if you know, it's strange.
Got an Iginla heritage classic for real cheap when a local bar closed recently and sold off decorations.
This post paints me as quite a bar fly. More context: I bartend for a living

Yes. The NHL will not sell jerseys with a players name on a team he does not play for.

My only kind of regret is a red '04 one I got at the FanAttic for super cheap, I think because the shoulder patches are way over-sized which makes it uncomfortable to wear. No numbers, so I only pull it out if I think it could get ruined. But yeah, since it was cheap that's no big deal.
The rest of 'em I love.
Home #11 Yelle from 2004
Game worn white '02-'03 Yelle (thanks to FlamesFanStrandedInEDM)
Retro #13 Gaudreau
Home #17 Bouma (signed)
Plus I think I might be the only person to have a Bruins #18 Yelle.

When I was 15, I purchased a Nieuwendyk Jersey. Not really a big deal, except it was the summer of 95. Didn't pay as much attention to the outside dealings of hockey back then, plus I lived in Amarillo, Tx so didn't get a lot of hockey coverage down there and the internet wasn't quite what it is today.

While we are on a topic of jersey, is the authentic one worth the extra money guys? Advise please.

I had my one and only lettered jersey, my Hakan Loob that I got in 86, that Jersey went through hell and high water and I lost it in the 90s during one of our families moves.
Have not bought one since thats lettered, thinking its time for a Gaudreau.

Jersey Regrets
I have no regrets with my jerseys..
Flames:
White Conroy jersey. This was retired when the red jersey debuted.
04 Regehr: my mainstay until Regehr was traded.
Retro: my go to jersey. It's unlettered and will stay that way.
Gio: just got this one at work last week, the day before game 4. It's autographed and I won it for being the loudest to cheer 'Go Flames Go' in our town hall. (I work for FGL Sports, and I know there are others on here who would have heard me)
Others:
Miller: Sabres jersey. Had this one for several years.. Made sure it got buried after game 5.
Henrik Sedin: I had to wear this for my bachelor party while my friends all wore suits. I also had Sharpie's so it is covered in the most profane and vile things including: the Canucks logo blowing itself; a detailed visual of a vagina; several penis'; more swears than I can count and several slurs I'm sure would send this board into a tizzy.
I've considered wearing it to a Canucks game, but people would definitely get offended.

I have an authentic Todd Ewen Ducks jersey from back in the day. Maybe a little regret on that.
I've got A Habs Roy from the 80's, Koivu from the late 90's, Iginla Retro, Regehr I bought for my wife a decade ago, a Habs non numbered Heritage Classic, my current is a Habs authentic Galchenyuk, hope that doesn't become a regret.

Saw a Val Bure and a Bourque on the weekend. Not sure I'd wear those ones.

I saw someone wearing a Desbiens Flames jersey a little while ago. I thought that was weird considering he wasn't with the organization for very long.
I also saw an old school Bassen jersey a while back.

It's interesting to read this thread - my husband and I have over 30 Flames jerseys (some game worn purchased, some won/gifted, some purchased and lettered by us) and I don't think there's any that we truly regret - sure, there are some that don't get worn much (our white jerseys for example), but we'll often trot out an ex-player jersey when they come back to town just for the heck of it. For example, when Jokinen would come back, I'd throw on his jersey, same with Iggy, or whenever Glencross makes a return, I'll have no problem throwing on my white game-worn of his. That said, for the most part, I stick to a couple of my current player jerseys - Hudler/Brodie.
I'm absolutely thrilled when I see less-popular player jerseys at the dome - for home and away players. We saw a Kolonos jersey on Saturday night, I've seen at least one Kronwall jersey as well. I still remember at a Phoenix game years ago, seeing someone with a Winnipeg Jets Mike Eagles jersey - a change from the usual Selanne and Hawerchuck Jets jerseys you tend to see.
