Pretty sure the one I bought from fanattic the other day was the exact same one I got from Canadian Tire in March.
Maybe they brought these ones in because they sold out of the others? They had boxes of these flags behind the desk when I was there on Thursday

Beacon Hill Canadian Tire had a sign above their Flames stuff saying they were getting more car flags on April 26th. When I was there about 11am they hadn't put them out yet.

I picked up 3 at Canadian Tire South in Lethbridge for $9.99. They surprisingly had a lot of Flames gear. A surprise as the Canadian Tire's in Lethbridge seem to focus on the Roughriders a lot. It's gross.
I've seen a few Flames car flags around the city. It's picking up!
