The first period tonight is key. No doubt the Canucks are gonna come out flying, and the Flames will need to match the intensity and survive the first 5 minutes. If they can do that, they'll be fine. Flames don't need to change anything in regards to their game plan. Just gotta keep their feet moving, play physical, and force the Canucks to play Flames hockey.

Just gotta laugh because the same exact thing was said before G4. Like, word for word. Flames are pretty consistent. A well-oiled machine.

So I went to get the Ferland 1200 customized today, and they asked me what theme do I want..... I said "Gimme what Ferland is chasing Bieksa on, in Bieksa's nightmares." This is what I got.....

Vancouver Police say they will be ready for any eventuality at tonight's do-or-die game between the Canucks and the Calgary Flames.
Const. Brian Montague says they will have uniformed and plain clothes officers inside and outside Rogers Arena, and troublemakers should not assume that just because they can't see an officer, one is not standing right next to them.
"There's a very good likelihood that there will be officers that you don't see as well," he says.

Ok! I'm going back! I've been to both games in Vancouver so far. Game 1 was awesome. Game 2 was hard to bear. Game 5 is hopefully the biggest hockey game I'll have witnessed first hand in my life.
Got great seats, couldn't be more excited!

Game time can't come quick enough. Everyone knows that the Canucks will come out hard tonight and I hope the young Flames do everything in their power to take the crowd out of this game early. This is gonna be an exciting game tonight. GO FLAMES GO!!!!!!!
