I refuse to call them by their short names.
My daughter is Sophie Grace. But I call her Princess Sophington the Graceful.

Always thought Rory's (from Gilmore Girls) full name is Lorelai Leigh Gilmore. Rory's mother full name is Lorelai Victoria Gilmore.

My wife really likes the name. I think it's not too shabby. One of the worst first names to give a kid is Tucker. Will be made fun of so much in school.

I went to school with a Tucker. He wasn't made fun of any more than anyone else.

I like it was actually my grandfather's middle name. I was all set to hopefully use it one day if I ever had a son, but then the whole Luka (same pronunciation) Magnotta thing happened and ruined the association that I have with it.

My last name is Poon. Gave me surprisingly little issues when I was younger. But just in case, I'm gonna name my kids maybe Harper or Tyler to counter it. That way they can by known as Har Poon or Ty Poon
Edit: and must definitely not go with Anita.

Your niece and nephew don't live in Arbour Lake by chance? My kids are friends with a brother and sister named Alexander and Aurora.

In Chinese, you write your last name first. So it would work well as a given name.

Not all the families are super religious but I'd say the majority are. She has one family who have named their 7 or 8 kids or however many of them there are, some really out there religiously themed names - this is no joke, and absolutely true. They have names like Praise the Lord Smith, Hallelujah he is Lord Smith, Shout to the Lord Smith and so on. IIRC, a couple of the boys have some long ass name with Messiah in the mix.

In a weird twist of fate, one of these kids now works at the same shop as my son and husband - his name is God Is My Strength. They call him Strength.

Pretty much.
Frankly, if I was going to have to pick from those four words in his first name, I'd go with Is-My.

As I have said before, my wife belongs to a forum devoted to birthing and babies and such. It's a big forum. Anyways, one lady on her site mentioned that she was going to name her daughter Beautiful Amyrikal (A miracle) but decided to name her Royalty YourHighness Prince (Prince is her last name). I don't know how to process this information...

One of my cousins named her son Titan, another cousin named hers Justice.
I have an aunt who named her 3 kids after vehicles. Phoenix (Dodge), Dakota (Ford) and Cheyenne (Chevy)
