It's a total nerd fest until 2020. This should be fun.
Not a bad trailer coming from a guy not sold on DC's attempts (post Nolan's Batman trilogy.) lately. And I liked Man of Steel.
Will be interested to see how Bat tech is going to work and how Affleck handles what I am guessing is an older battle hardened Bruce Wayne.

HD version looks a looooooot better. Very well done, looks like they nailed Batman.

That did pique my interest. That being said, Zach has a history of good trailers and ####e movies.

Yeah, no kidding. Thats why I'm hoping Chris Terrio's script and Afflecks film making credibility helps to elevate things.
I found the voice overs quite interesting. The first two are definitely Charlie Rose and Neil Degrasse Tyson. Holly Hunter's voice is certainly recognizable, Lex Luthor's voice at the end of the slow statue take is very recognizable and Jeremy Irons' as Alfred is quite obvious.
But I think we may have heard Cavill's "Clark voice." The line that says "Human beings have a horrible track record of following people with great power." I'm pretty sure that's Cavill.

Tyson will be cast as John Stewart.
Now that is a Green Lantern I would enjoy watching!
Throw out a few fun facts about science while he crushes foes with his awesome will power.

I think that's Eisenbergs Luther. He talks at the very end about "devils in the sky" and it sounds the same.

I think this is the best looking batman suit yet. I love how it looks massive and almost battleworn - they've done a good job with Affleck's voice as well.

If Ben Affleck is actually that jacked in this movie I'll be really impressed.
That was a great trailer though. I still don't buy the concept of Superman being able to lose to anyone in a fight and I think he's the stupidest character ever but I will see this movie for Batman alone.

Batman has beat Superman 3 times in DC history, Superman has beat Batman once

Batman is carrying a sniper rifle in the trailer... I thought he was against guns. I guess it has kryptonite bullets.
In the comics, Batman beats Superman with kryptonite chewing gum. He spits it into Superman's eye.
It's a pretty ridiculous scenario in the comics with Batman always being able to get too close. With Superman's powers he could flick a pebble at Batman from a mile away and kill him.

Batman is against guns the same way Superman is against killing.. seems like the gloves are off in Snyders DCU.
Small tidbit from Cavill about the upcoming film:
Quote:
“I wouldn’t call this a Superman sequel,” Cavill stated in an interview with MTV. “This is Batman versus Superman. It’s a separate entity altogether. It’s introducing the Batman character and expanding upon the universe, which was kicked off by ’Man of Steel.'”
Cavill revealed that he's only seen the footage in the trailer so far, so the film's final tone is still up in the air. “Everything could change in the editing room, but as it stands, it’s an introduction of the character,” continued Cavill. “And ultimately, the introduction of Justice League.”

So something happens in the film that bands the Super Heroes together and they decide that they need to work as a team to handle future threats. Seems like they would need more than just Luthor to cause this kind of team up.
