Honestly can't believe what this kid is doing. Bennett is in the Canucks heads as much as Ferland. And the kid is only get better. Looks like Johnny, Seanny and Sammy are all going to be RFA after next season...

Correct. Unless the jets and/or flames make the conference finals. And only one can.

If Vancouver and Washington don't make it to the Conference Finals, and at least one of: Calgary, Pittsburgh, Winnipeg, Ottawa, Detroit, Minnesota, or the Islanders make it to the Conference Finals, then both the Nucks' and Caps' picks will move up as many spots as the number of those teams in the Conference Finals.
Just losing in the first round won't necessarily change anything.

That's because every time he sees Ferland that 'irrelevant Ferkland' he started shaking and was afraid of getting hit. Love that open ice hit by Ferland on that dumb-dumb Bieksa early in the game. The look on his face

Just for kicks I was reading the HF Vancouver PGT. The Canuckle fans are sure pinning a ton of hopes on Sven for next year...yikes.

What I'm most thrilled about was the almost complete lack of canuck fans in the dome. So awesome to watch the game surrounded only by other Flames fans.

Well I have no voice left, so it sure wasn't me being quiet!! But agree - the place was quieter. Don't know if it was nerves or that the 2nd and 3rd were so defensive / close checking. It felt for a while like the 'nucks were only a goal away from coming back hard, but the Flames just kept up a ferocious forecheck and the pushback never arrived.
Anyway - got pretty loud in the last few minutes, with everyone on their feet to close out the game. What a team effort - no stars, no prima donnas, just all working together.

Can someone take Gaudreau's goal celebration and turn it into a super saiyan transformation? GFG!

Luckily Sven is fantastic at handling that kind of pressure and will save the Canucks organisation all by himself.

Note to both your team and to my team: Up 3-1 in their respective 1st round matchups against better seeded teams...FINISH THEM!

Cp is just twisting your rubber arm right?.
Sporty ride. I always did prefer the streetfighter/bobber look over conventional Street/cruiser/cookie cutter bike.

Bieksa has just completely lost the plot.
Great team effort by the Flames, and Hiller just solid again.

Thought Schlemko had another decent game without playing a lot of minutes. Has done a pretty good job since coming here.

Hey guys, more or less a lurker here. Went to the game tonight and Oh my God, the atmosphere. I can definitely see why they fed off of our energy.
They showed Jane and Guy Gaudreau on the kiss cam. Instant celebrities. Too bad that wasn't shown on CBC lol. I kept thinking, those CP birthdays! we always seem to win on those! And watching Bieksa get crushed live was worth the price of admission in itself!
