Burrows sustained an upper body injury & was taken to hospital after practice this morning for precautionary reasons. Will not play tonight.

I can't see this being a joke, because wasting EMS resources would be going too far. Hope all is ok with Burrows even though I hate him.

Definitely bizarre in regards of timeline. About an hour between him leaving the ice and when EMS shows up. Linden has a scrum within that hour and seems to be toying with the media when he says "perhaps" with Burrows playing the media.

I wonder when the upper body injury happened? Maybe started Sunday, aggravated in practice?
As much as we hate the Canucks/Any other team in the NHL, you never wanna see that happen to anyone. Hope he's all okay.
