Was he hitting someone(accidentally) while waving the flag? or was he being obnoxious when they told him not to wave the flag? He says when he asked the usher if he can wave it without the pole he was told it is okay. How many percentage is true in his story? Was it possible that he misunderstood the guy? There are two sides of this story and so far we only read his story.sounds kind of weird though.

Yeah, I would not be surprised to find out he was waiving it erratically and accidentally hitting people or waiving it after continuation of play.
It just doesn't make sense that an usher would come to him after a goal, then have his boss talk to the guy after the next goal, after that have security show up and then finally have the Flames release a statement backing the actions of their employees.

I would agree that's a possibility, especially after they've been called over to an "incident." What I don't quite understand is why they would have been called in the first place if the man's story is to be believed.
