I would guess that you wouldn't. It's far easier to send to 1500 people than to also have to send to another 20,000 people. I'm also thinking that the Flames don't want to get peoples' hopes up thinking they have a code, but it's an email telling them they didn't.

In fact the email I received today about the Flames game on the Jumbotron after the Hitmen game came from Roughnecks customer service; not Flames.

Just got my rejection email:

Unfortunately your name was not drawn for a Home Game B (Tuesday April 21) ticket purchase code.

Your name will remain in the draw for any future Home games we host (including a possible Home Game C on Saturday April 25 (Game 6 of the Round 1 Series).

Yes it did say that.

They're probably informing all the winners first, then will send the 'sorry' emails to everyone else together.

Kind of disappointing that Ticketmaster is allowing scalping. No way to find any reasonably priced tickets. At least maybe there would be some percentage of people selling tickets for a reasonable price, now there is virtually zero.
