So, My Nephew Was in Vancouver Last Night...
Debated the WMMH thread, but thought more from FOI would appreciate this.
I don't know the exact story yet, but...
My nephew is in BC for the weekend with his mom.
They were at the same restaurant as the Flames.
They said hi, and asked for a pic. Hiller (his fave player) and Johnny G then brought him onto their bus, where the team signed his jersey.
Happiest 6 year old ever right now, and I think it was awesome that the team took the time to do that for him. I wish you could see behind those white circles, as he's smiling ear to ear. An experience he'll never forget.

Awesome to see the Flames give your nephew the experience of a lifetime.
Makes me think of that time Burke was talking about how he addressed the organization regarding how important the fans were. "Without all those fans, we don't have a job anymore. So you sign that autograph, and you take that picture."

Great story. I also find it interesting that the entire team was at one restaurant together on an off day. I bet that doesn't always happen. Seems like a close group.
