If you weren't amped up already....here's some bulletin board material from the bad guys board

They have an NHL virgin on their second line and their bottom six sucks.

It's clobberin' time.

Hip-checks to Monahan please...

Daniel Sedin bitch slaps smurfette good-row in the corners after every whistle...The flames spend the rest of the series chasing Daniel around trying for revenge. Series done

Just becauze you are called "Johhny Hockey" doesn't mean you know hockey.

Dreger reporting Monahan has been sick and apparently dealing with a shoulder injury

Farhan Lalji @FarhanLaljiTSN
As per @DarrenDreger, Monahan has been sick the past few days. Its been a bigger reason for his practice absences than shoulder inj. #flames

Your schtick is the one that gets tiring. You seem to spend more time posting about my posting than the hockey games themselves.

Sorry for talking about the Flames defense for this game in a thread about this game.... What was I thinking.

Anyways. Go Flames Go.

I hope Bennett is playing and Raymond forgot his skates at home.

It's almost like the #1 guy is injured or something.

Who knew losing a Norris-candidate would make your team look much worse?

It's bad when losing 1 player makes your defense look that much worse. We need some D depth over the summer.

Moving on...

Agreed.

First move: Giordano heals.
Second move:

Seriously man did you just forget about our Norris candidate #1 d-man? Because once you slot him in with Brodie in the number one pairing, that D looks pretty awesome to me.

Then for #6 we have Diaz, Potter, Schlemko, Wotherspoon....decent.

A defence is made up of only six guys (one two three four five six). When you lose the guy at the top, it is that much worse.

The idea that that group without Giordano since the deadline isn't playoff worthy, 5 hours before they start the playoffs is hilarious too.

Come on. Without Subban, Montreal's defense is hot garbage. With a crippled Chara, the Bruins collapsed and missed the playoffs. And without Karlsson the Senators would be more concerned about the draft lottery than the playoffs. Now consider that when the Flames lost Giordano, he was better than any of those guys. The fact that they still made the playoffs is astounding

Depth is fine. When you have Smid, Diaz and Giordano hurt you can't expect guys with a lot of NHL experience to be available that far down the depth chart.

They are not that close!

The similarity in style is true, but that's because they were both designed by the same person, Bonnie Erikson, who designed muppets.

One off hand comment about the D and look at all the hate boners. I'm the negative one?

You've turned one barely negative post into dozens. I didn't say we're going to lose or that it will cost us or anything of the sort. All I said is that those pairings are scary.

Sorry. Keep patting each other on the back. This team has zero flaws and I apologize for the very mention of anything otherwise.

The Sedin's are about as tough as a fresh loaf of wonder bread. These are the Same Sedin's that took a bunch of punches in the face against Boston and pretty much sprayed their underwear. Its more then likely that Bennett who has a Marchand like personality gleefully slaps them around while staring at the referee daring him to make a call.

I love that Canuck fans are cocky, it makes eating their tears all the more satisfying.
