Ugh. Not going to lie - game 7 OT loss stings.
Congrats to the Ducks.
Anaheim came out flying in the extra frame - 10 shots in the first 4 minutes. The King kept the game going for a bit but couldn't withstand the barrage.

Crazy tight games all around. Tough losses for three groups for sure.

butt cheeks were clenched

10:49 of 1st overtime period - Chicago Blackhawks goal is going for a video replay. After video review, No Goal. The puck has been kicked using a distinct kicking motion.

Kings score just over a minute later

Well that sucks. I knew we were in trouble because it felt like the 3-1 lead was a kiss of death instead of feeling like we were going to close the door. Oh well. Through this game we lost both Sekera and Chimera and Bishop was brutal again for some reason. A disappointing way to go out for sure.

Congrats to the Coyotes on a hard fought and tight series!

Congrats to the Kings on a hard fought win. Ultimately the deeper, more skilled team prevailed. Tough to come within a disallowed goal in overtime, but happy that the Hawks were able to make a series of it as it didn't look good after the first three games.

Good luck moving on in what will be an exciting series against the Ducks.

Hossa was bumped up to the top line and puts up three goals in the final two games if the series to propel us to round 2. Great match against Minnesota, always worried about going up against king Henrik. Wild and their average age of 17 years old will be back next season I'm sure.
