I don't see it as sexist anymore than calling a large set girl mannish is sexist.
It's just insulting.
I don't see as it implies in anyway that female is inferior or superior to male only that having ones gender confused either way by an observer is insulting.
What ever, it's childish as all name calling is. I will try to remember to refrain from referring to them as the sisters. It's hardly a new handle or unique to this forum.

Hey I just wanted to plug a twitter account of a good friend of mine (even though he's now a Canucks fan).
It's kind of like the boring Sean Monahan twitter but instead he takes real quotes from Shorthouse and his play by play.
He's even followed by some of the media guys. Funny stuff:

Not sure where this belongs but PJ Stock on Hockey Central this afternoon:
"Every team has a Sean Monahan."
I'm just going to let that hang there for a moment.

Not sure why this fool still has a job as an analyst.
In a year when the Art Ross winner is going to have ~85 pts, our 20 year old has 62 pts.
What a joke Pj is. And not just becuase of that comment either.

I can't think of a single useful piece of player evaluation PJ Stock has ever done. I'll give him credit and say that he's had a few good segments describing in-game situations (i.e., if you're here, you're supposed to do this, and X player didn't do it which led to the goal agaisnt). But player evaluation, he's worse than useless.

You mean Hughson and Simpson, right? There's absolutely no chance they do Hughson and Garrett.
Anyway, it'll probably be Hughson because the Leafs aren't in the playoffs. He'll be in the highest profile series, and this one has two Canadian teams. If Montreal plays Ottawa I guess there's a chance he does that instead, but probably not.

I will also be travelling during games 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7.
now.sportsnet.ca is pretty good if you have a rogers or shaw account and it's free. I haven't tried it overseas though but last night I did turn on my Hola (chrome vpn extension) and set it to UK and USA and it still worked so here's hoping.

Hey guys, does anyone have any good tricks to get the cheap tickets for Vancouver game 1 and 2? Used the ticketmaster site and got some tickets but they were on the expensive side, couldn't get anything lower than $160 each.

Dear Vancouver fans:
Please hide your children for the next couple of weeks -- it's going to get nasty.
Don't say we didn't warn you.

I managed to get a seat in section 301 in row 3. I would have liked something on the side but it's better than nothing.

I had to call to get tickets and had the option between 301 and 302 and they were $116. I think the one in 302 was row 7.

He had more where that came from.
"I know Jiri Hudler, but he's not going to score 76 points again."
"Gaudreau's 5 foot 7!" Don't have the exact quote in my head but he is hung up on his size and is certain he is not getting better than he is now.
At least the other 2 guys, Millard and _______, kinda politely told him to shaddup and let next season be next season.

I might be convinced to "help a brother out" and let you use my Slingbox as long as you promise not to order any PPV porn on my cable bill. Particularly if you plan on watching overnight (Calgary time) when it would otherwise not be in use by myself or my exiled Flames fan friend in Kamloops.

People still pay for porn nowadays? Wow.

Calgary has youth and speed, Vancouver has more players with play off experience. It will be a fun series to watch for sure.
