A fancy way to say Bollig is playing.

So hyped for this. This is a great opportunity for this young Flames team. All I ask is that they give it everything. LA is a tough team and are the champs for a reason, but the Flames are in this position because they deserve to be. Let's face it, this will pretty much be their first playoff game. The dome will be rocking.

Wearing red to work and going to the game. Just like in 2004...

I expect a monster game from Bollig. Opponent is big, implications are even bigger, and this will be his first opportunity to atone for his penalty in St. Louis.

Canada can't see #Flames vs. #LAKings, but @Sportsnet is airing #Oilers vs. #SJSSharks. Morons running that place? @Rogers @BradyAndWalker

After Doughty and Muzzin, the Kings defence ranks are not that scary. If the Flames can get their speed game going they can cause some havoc for sure.

Muzzin was stick handling hand grenades on Tuesday. Hopefully he keeps that up.
If the refs have their whistles put away at all, Doughty will be easily distracted whining about ever half hook or half pick that doesn't get called.

#Flames have recalled Joni Ortio and have reassigned Brad Thiessen to Adirondack:

Joni Ortio officially the backup tonight instead of Thiessen.

I predict an unlikely player steps up and has a massive game with 2 goals.
Its Jbo's 31st birthday, so 3-1 win!
I'd prefer 8-0 though.

Wishing your team and it's fans luck for tonight...I truly hope your Flames make the Playoffs, although, as poorly as my guys have been playing offense, and the long road ahead for your guys, makes a head to head Conference Finals meeting unlikely.
But win or lose, it is clear that your guys outplayed season expectations, as few NHL observers would have predicted a mid 90s point finish for the Flames. Playoffs, led by your young forwards, and in the absence of your #1 D-Man, down the stretch, is a testament to the talent and character of your squad.
Again, good luck...and please stick a fork in those dirtbag Kings!
