I am still PO'd I can't watch this game and likely miss a bunch of it as I'll be driving through the mountains to BC tonight and might not have very good reception for the radio or online.
I can't believe it, I can't believe Gio isn't here playing, I can't believe JG has had such an amazing rookie season, I can't believe Bouma might not play tonight, I can't believe Ramo is injured, I can't believe we can eliminate the defending Stanley Cup champs tonight on home ice on fan appreciation night.
I can believe that we will win tonight. This team has worked so hard, this is it. This is theirs. Hartley has done an amazing job and I hope that a little bit of Marty's luck can rub off on a couple of the guys, some 2004 magic can help tonight.
Bouma is the epitome of our team. I wish everyone on our team could have his drive, passion and desire to win. I am not saying others don't share these skills but his just seems so much higher. If he doesn't get to play tonight then I hope to see others diving in front of shots and doing everything they to release their inner Bouma.
Smart, simple hockey will win tonight. Hiller will need to be solid as we all know Quick will be on top of his game. Our first line will have to show why they were the hottest line in March and lead the way.
Whoever is at the dome tonight better be loud! No more of this quiet stuff like the yotes game. Harvey needs to get them going at every damn whistle instead of being AWOL half the period.
Make it so the Saturday game is less important and a little more fun.
Go Flames Go!!

Following on from the theme above, I cannot believe that I cannot watch this game on GCL tonight because a two bit good for nothing satellite channel in the UK has the NHL rights and chose to show this game tonight, so blacked out. Why the hell couldn't they have chosen one of the East coast teams that they normally show week in, week out.
Looks like I will have to go the unofficial route

I bought the game used Gaudreau jersey that he wore for away games from October 9 - December 22. The last time he wore it he scored his first hat trick against LA to fuel the 4-3 OT win after being down 3-0, which snapped the 8 game losing streak. It is arriving from the Flames today. I take this as a great sign that Johnny Hockey will come through just in time for us tonight.
Holy hell you are lucky to have that jersey. Maybe too early to say it's a historic jersey?? If he carves out an amazing career (which I think he will) that's gonna be an awesome jersey to put in a frame and hang it once your 10 year old outgrows it

LOL oops I misread it. Turns out you're the one who's 10, squiggs. Or at least the size. That makes it even funnier

One thing's for sure, the Kings are gonna come out hard with guns blazing right when the puck drops. Their backs are against the wall and we all know their record in elimination games over the last 3 years. If the Flames can match LA's intensity and survive the first 5 minutes unscathed, I think they'll be ok. Better yet, just take the game away from them early with speed and hard forechecking, and catch them off guard. Get the crowd into it early and force LA to play Flames hockey.
This is going to be a war tonite. Both clubs playing desperation hockey. I have a feeling this is going to be one heck of a hockey game tonite. GFG

“We all know we have to win tomorrow,” Brown said. “Everyone’s been talking about ‘do-or-die games,’ and this is actually finally the first one. It’s about getting ready today and tomorrow, and putting our best game forward. This group, we’ve accomplished a lot over the last few years and a big reason why is we’ve found ways to win big games. We’re going to have to find a way to win another one.”
Everyone and their dog knows the Kings will be coming out with everything they've got. I think the Flames are able to match that. They'll be ready for the Kings right out of the gate. Should be an awesome game.
Game 81 and the Flames still not getting respect? According to the bookies, the Kings are -130 favourites despite playing their third game in four nights, all on the road, vs the Flames who are playing their second in five, both at home.
49% of bettors have backed the Kings at -130, meaning 49% of bettors think the Kings have a 56.5% or greater probability of winning.
51% of bettors backed the Flames at +115, meaning those bettors think the Flames have a 46.5% or greater probability of winning.
If you fancy the Flames tonight, the bookies are offering you a good price.
