Agreed. Edm is still no good. They won a game yhat benifieted the Flames for once. That thread should exist until the coilers can actuall be at minimum a top 20 team.
Remember Edm only 3 wins in the conference. Dirty Oilers are still the dirty Oilers. They still deserve all the ridicule after a terrible season .

My plan to pretend to cheer for the Kings worked. I was totally the reason the Oilers won. I would like to seriously apologize for acting like a troll here earlier, but it was all part of my strategy. Just like how you guys have your ways that you think help the Flames I have my ways too.
Canucks vs Flames in round 1 is gonna be hella fun and look forward to coming on here to discuss the games in a gentlemenly fashion.

Even if we lost to LA Thursday, Winnipeg could just let us go to OT with them and we are still in. We need 1 point. 1 frikkin point.
Calgary and Winnipeg should just sit on their benches for 65 minutes on Saturday, settle it in the shoot out, and shake hands at centre ice.

It's 2 points to clinch.
The Flames have 95, the Kings could get 97 if they win out.

I'd rather just put them away on Thursday with 2 points to zero.
Remaining schedule
Calgary LA, @Winnipeg
LA @Flames, Sharks
Winnipeg @Avalanche, Flames
Winnipeg really doesn't matter anymore we just need 2 points in 2 games, to finish 3rd in the Pacific.

All these other fans coming here and cheering... It's like a movie where we are the special kid at the end that gets subbed in when the star gets injured and we just nailed a 3-pointer to win the game

Oh, how sweet was the "Let's go Oilers!" chant at the Saddledome tonight...

Yep, your right....missed that.
This brings another interesting scenario. If it's a tie game near the end of regulation with The Kings on Thursday, you will likely see a pulled goalie. If we get a loser point against them Thursday, that gets us the lock.
edit: And that would be quite fitting as LA has abused the loser point this season.

So wait, if the game goes to OT Thursday, no matter what happens Calgary still clinches?
