Calgary's game is over around 4pm that day.
Maybe that is Edmonton's "stanley cup" lol

If that was the scenario, Edmonton would lose 8-0. Flames just have no luck and plus, E = NG

I guess I shouldn't be surprised but that doesn't stop me from being soooo disappointed.

However - I still believe. This team has surprised all year, no reason to think they'll stop now.

GFG!!

Dude, how many ways do you need it broken down for you?

And we aren't your little math slave, get out a calculator, it's not difficult math.

Well that is ridiculous, there is no reason to assume the Flames are done.

It's looking like both teams we needed to win tonight are gonna be shut out. Unbelievable. The hockey gods hate us so much, they won't even allow the teams we're rooting for to score even a single goal. This freakin sucks.

I was saying 'chill' at the scenario that you stated a few pages back where you said Flames miss out by 1 point. That scenario hasn't happened.

Also, if LA is gonna win this one, we need it to be in regulation. So if the Canucks are down by 1 with 5 minutes left, I am going full on LA fan.

Stop cursing the hockey gods lol the Flames lost Backlund to start the year, lost their captain and leader with a quarter of the year to play and have a chance to make the playoffs with 3 games to play

Well if the Kings are going to win I hope they can pot a few more goals here as the only thing worse would be a 3 point game.

The Flames having a game left against LA isn't the reason the Jets don't clinch with a win and Flames loss.

A Jets win and Flames loss puts them up 3 points with 2 games left, a possible 4 points for the Flames (regardless of the opponent).

Yeah, Canucks game is only just over half done too.

A fair bit melodramatic and smells a little like wanting to be the first in line to write the Flames eulogy.

^Yeah, but it's the Kings, they're not coming back.

There were four obvious penalties to LA on that last shift and none get called. I don't know how they do that.

I literally thought the Flames had 1 game left after tomorrow, vs the Jets...

It feels so weird to hate the Kings more than the Canucks right now.
