I think spread the wealth on the PP and get Raymond off the second unit once and for all while throwing out Bouma who has been an Offensive surprise this year and I think could bloom further with PP time:

Gaudreau - Monahan - Hudler
Russell - Wideman
Second Unit:
Bennett - Backlund - Bouma
Wotherspoon - Brodie

Edmonton is as close to AHL as you're going to get. Would love for him to suit up and show those Oil-men up there how to do things the right way. If Bennett was Edmontons, his shoulder would still be busted and he'd have 30 points with the main club.

While he doesn't know what his status is -- whether he'll jump right into game action or spend some time practicing with the team -- he is physically and mentally prepared to hop into the lineup if he is called upon.
"I prepare myself to be ready, every day. I’m going to be ready to play, if asked. That’s the coaches decision, obviously, but I’m prepared to go."

That is why the Oilers sent Draisaitl back to PA.

I think Hartley strays from his own script for two reasons.
1) he seems to be kind of smitten with the kid
2) we have 4 games to go and a playoff spot within our grasp
