Interestingly the Flames will reward the playoff failure. They won't like that. Much
Because the failure is all his fault? That is a dumb statement.

He should be here, he is also likely better than a few guys on the team so he should also get a look.

Fronts going dropping Crouse to the 2nd line.

Verbeek-Bennett-Watson is the top line tonight

Bennett with an end to end rush but couldn't get anything on it to beat the goalie - who is playing great again

Crushing goal.

Kingston held the majority of play for most of the period.

Two bad plays in their own end and it's 2-0.

Just wondering if the people who have watched the entire series could shine some light on Bennett's performance? Is there cause for concern at his lack of production or is North Bay just keying on him so much? I would have thought by Bennett's performance to end the season he would at least be able to impact the series more so than he has.

One guy can't do it all by himself. North Bay is obviously keying on him, and there are usually two guys on him when he has the puck.

But Kingston is playing terribly. THey keep coughing it up in their own zone, killing any momentum they ever get.

Also, the NB goalie has been fantastic. But that's only part of it - the other part is that Kingston's shooting and passing have been brutal.

Early in the period, when Kingston was playing well and had momentum, Bennett set up Crouse with a wide open net and he fanned on it. McKeown also fanned on a great setup. And several guys shot wide.

It's lots of things. Bennett continues to show tenacity and is continuing to generate offense. But NB is owning them.

That goal in the 1st period has deflated the Frontenacs... getting outshot 12-6 in the 2nd

Even if they do recall Bennett, I highly doubt he plays saturday. Probably would let him watch a game before putting him in

Would bringing up Bennett burn a year off of his ELC?
