WTF does backup save percentage or shot quality have to do with it? There's a big sample of games in the graph YOU YOURSELF posted that shows that the difference in performance between a rested goalie and a tired goalie on night 2 of a b2b is the difference between roughly-NHL-average-starter and not-good-enough-for-the-League. You basically just defeated your own position.

I am watching the game now that I have two screens, watched NYR / WPG in the first because let's face it, NSH / VAN = yawn.

Whenever I watch the Rangers lately I am just not impressed. But when I dont watch they are running up the scoreboard. Sheesh

Florida/Boston game has been very good, although I wish the Jets/Vancouver game was on instead... especially on SNW

ill try and make it more simple for you

if you take the argument that a goalie loses 10 points on his save percentage, it would still make sense to start the goalie, if even with that 10 point loss his save percentage was higher than the backups
