I'm a little worried about that as well. He was right back on the ice for the next shift though, so I suppose that's a good sign. Usually when something like that happens, the player goes to the bench or the dressing room for a few minutes.

If the NHL wants to eliminate head shots they really need to enforce that basis. Smid is also equally valid. So is Ferland. Just garbage from the league.
