Word is #Flames will see Carter Hutton in goal for NSH and Shea Weber will not play with LBI . Preds were great without Weber yesterday.

Awesome news, I'll take our chances with Mr. Weber out of the line up.

Juggling them around does not turn some of those players into top 6 players. It is what it is on a team in the 2nd year of rebuild. Gonna take some time for prospects to become bonafide top 6 players.

I know the Flames have their eye on bringing in more size but I think the Flames need to continue to add couple more pure skill guys to the top 6. At least then the top lines would be more interchangeable. Another guy like Hudler would be a good fit especially when Bennett is on the team.

I just hope they don't approach that game the same way, considering it "a likely loss".

I'm going to hold you to that and if you're wrong I expect that you will personally compensate the Calgary Flames with 2 points in the standings.

To be fair, they're professionals and we know thats not how they're going to approach the game, but we're just fans and we know that we dont stack up well against the Blues.
We're trying to make the playoffs, unlikely as it may seem, the Blues are trying to win the cup.

The Blues owe us after crapping the bed against all the teams we are battling with.

Exactly, and it's a bit of a cliche to suggest a team thinks they will win every game... but that's one of the differences Hartley has managed. The Flames seem to believe, more than normal, that they actually can win every game.
If the players can have this attitude, and especially given how much of a pleasant surprise this year has been, I think it wouldn't hurt fans to feel this optimism either.

Please pay Engelland on the 3rd pair, I can't take it anymore, especially after that #### sandwich game he had against the Wild.

He was only on for 1 goal against, and it wasn't his fault either. Russell had a bad game in particular, as did Brodie/Wideman.
I thought Engelland was fine, and certainly not a problem.

I think we get a big win today which will be nice as it might shut the negative Nancy's down for awhile.

It has nothing to do with being negative, there are a required number of points required and a limited number of opportunities to get them and those opportunities are rapidly dwindling.
It isnt a matter of opinion, its a matter of fact.
