Benn should get an Oscar for that performance.

Man that was a terrible call again. Backlund knocked a 6 foot 3 Benn down with a chicken wing? Guy needs to get a look from the league

You gotta give Benn credit, NHL refs struggle immensely to see dives in real time and he knows how to sell it. What a ****er

Well if Benn's Dive can convince some of you...no wonder the refs are buying it.

Oh ok. I am glad that Backlund is so strong he can toss a power forward like Jamie Benn flying with one arm.

Nope it's a classic example of someone saying something that's a reach and then being forced (because of ego) to stick to it.

As was pointed out above, no way Backlund out-muscles Benn like that.

That was another brutal call in a long line tonight.

Benn dove on that last play too. Led to Colborne's chance however.

Embarrassing game by Benn and even more embarrassing that the officials are letting him do it.

And a half-step behind him with only the leverage of his elbow...

One hand off the stick too, and that almost always gets a call.

They just showed a replay of Benn crashing and Hrudey talked about how dangerous it is with "skates in the air" — subtle

Serious pet peeve of mine that whenever a guy on the other team falls down it's a dive. They're on ice. Sometimes they fall.

For what? It was again an obvious call against the Flames. Backlund clearly holds Benn. There's a good case for embellishment against Benn, there's no case that wasn't a penalty to Backlund though. They need to be better disciplined.
