Colorado and San Jose are probably out for good now ... hopefully the Flames can put Dallas to bed on Wednesday too. The Kings have some tough road games coming up, so it's not looking too bad right now. Fingers crossed.

Noticed the Avs are only 25th in ROW with 24. They deserve to miss the playoffs, that's for sure.

Good to see the win and there was a lot of positives, but also some concerns, too.

Bad goal by Ramo on the second one, lots of trouble at times clearing the zone, etc.

Hope they can keep it up; they are continuing to get it done.

Then all is forgiven.

And I hope you're right

absolutely brutal, although I have been saying that a lot lately

only call on the Avs in the entire game is the blatant high stick when they were already on the PP

that supposed offside and the late call?

hook on Hudler?

Jooris pushed into the net?

Really glad for the win. A bit of a grind-it-out and put it behind you game. Really need to get more from the Colborne-Mason line. Jooris is playing hard out there but the third line is just not clicking like it needs to.

The OOT is just suffocating. Seems like we can't catch a break.

the NHL point system is an absolute joke, LA should be long done too

14 of their losses gained them points

we will catch a break one of these days. It would be really nice to see the kings lose the next 3 and it is very possible playing those team, it is also possible that they win a few of them as well, they are good enough too.

We are still in control of our fate at this point, just keep winning!!!

Big win, especially because as usual we got no help in the OOT board.

Awesome win. Flames will need an even better effort on Wednesday though. Dallas is 8-2-0 in their last 10, and they've won 3 in a row. That will not be an easy game.

The late offside was brutal since the linesman was right there and had a great view.

At least tonight there was no chance of help in the OOT so I'm not too upset. You can't rely on Edmonton, Toronto, New Jersey, and to a lesser extent Buffalo.

Are the Oilers, Yotes and Sabres the only teams losing these days?

Ramo was good and made the saves he had to. But I have noticed that both he and Hiller tend to get out of position moving post to post. On the Colo goal he was too far off to get back in time.
