Haha, so true. I keep thinking these battles for playoff spots will be low scoring, but lately seems like they're all 5+ goal games. Sticking to my guns though tonight, hope it works out.

I had an ok night. Spent $14, mostly in 50/50,but won back $36. Was inside top 100 in a pool of 5000+. Winner ($1000) was 4.5 points ahead. RNH instead of Foligno would have won me the pool.

I entered only 1 pool last night, the big NHL one. I just missed out on the money cutoff. I had 29.8 points. But I tried my best and I had fun and that's all that matters.

I won a 50/50 last night. Not even sure how I won. I was ranked 20/40 (whew) and I had 24.7 points because I had all Edmonton, LA and Rangers. All the losing teams

I did But I was torn whether I wanted to win my 50/50 or see LA not get points. Somehow, I got both. What are the odds....

Let's give 15 a whirl next time. I've missed the last two because they were full, and I think by this point fanduel has garnered enough interest on CP. It's been on the main page for over a week.

Plus each of us usually curse or cheer in the GDT about our luck in fan duel probably adding to that interest haha.

I find this to be an ok strategy, the biggest annoyance is finishing high, then watching others leap frog you later on though.

That being said, I just set up the teams and just watch the points on some games on FD.

I have been torn for a while between switching from a Center Ice package to Game Center Live, and I think Fan Duels pushed me over the edge finally.

Definitely doing Game Center next year. You can watch multiple games on your computer, then head over to the TV to watch your main game. That is a sweet option if you are into some money late in the night & want to monitor a couple games at once.

I took Price. He's costly but due. And the whole 5 man line of the Flames, plus some San Jose and maybe one Av.
I always think it's best to play Matchups instead of stars. Last night, it seemed to me that the Oil Jackets game would easily be highest scoring, so loaded up there.
It's as easy to be wrong playing that way as any other.

I think the last Saturday early start time threw some people off. Might require a late start for this Saturday.
