Is it safe to assume Flames will fund this by offering "Seat Licences" like Maple Leafs?
If so I might be out of the STH game when the new arena arrives. Hopefully its not all elite suits like in T.O.

My theory: Flames will finance all the costs associated with the ARENA, City to provide the land, city/flames split the cost on any surrounding infrastructure costs
Note: I have no inside knowledge, this is just my theory
