Flames Flames lose 3-2

Tough one, almost tied it late.

I don't often blame the refs for a game, but they completely changed the game. Some non-calls in the first when the Flames were controlling, ok that's fine if you call it that way the rest of the game.

Then a completely phantom too many men call against us and Colorado exploded from there. Then the refs try and reverse their mistake by calling a phantom call against Colorado.

Just bad overall.

Thrilling finish but sucks to not get the two points. Big loss.

Just goes to show the team isn't going to come back every night so better to hold a lead than to fall behind as they typically do. Not a poor effort but two soft goals let in by Ramo were the difference. Flames goaltenders have had their moments of brilliance this season but both Hiller and Ramo have have let in their fair share of brutal goals against. Two too many tonight. They need to step things up over the coming weeks.

Lack of urgency early on and a softie by Ramo was the difference. Also the Avs matched our speed which is rare for teams to do.

Otherwise, really entertaining game to watch, especially considering that was the 2nd half of a travelling back to back game

Tough one to play a back to back in Denver. We didn't play particularly well, but we owned the third period. Rest up and win the next one.

LA losing makes this loss a bit easier to take. Thought Colorado outplayed the Flames most of the game.

#### me so many missed calls. So many bad calls the refs had even threatened to throw Hartley out of the game.

That first goal really stings now. No reason that shot should go in.

It was actually kinda funny the GT thread finished with about 15 straight posts that consisted of nothing but four #'s.

Tough loss. Really wish we had that one.
