Flames have more nice goals this season than they had in the last 10 years

In addition to scoring the goals more times than the opposition scored the goals, the Flames came out on top in hits and face-offs against the big bad ducks.

Colour me impressed.

Bruce Bourdeau was furious during the second period. I couldn't stop thinking about the BBQ sauce:

I like Backs but congratulating him on his assist? It was a missed shot and botched play by the D, and an open net for Hudler.

Backlund kind of looked like "R U serious?"

What a awesome performance from the boys! After coming off that long road trip and facing a top team like the ducks first game back and the way they outplayed them was simply fantastic

Thought Bollig had one of his better games of the season. Nothing fancy, but hustled and took the body without doing anything stupid.

This was one game I chalked up to a loss since they were coming off a long trip, so what a pleasant surprise. Toronto and the Avs coming up this weekend, the Flames can't take their foot off the pedal, time to make hay.
