Tavares scored the winning goal with 22 seconds left in the overtime, Islanders win 4-3.

The Penguins-Sharks game is a good one so far.

A shutout would be great. Great to see so many Canuck fans here. We are all Canucks.

Shot attempts 24-8 for Anaheim. If they keep it up this lead won't last long.

Anaheim is our new SJ, the second the Canucks could start beating the Sharks they forgot how to beat the Ducks

think its something like 1 win in 10

Love how East teams do once a year West coast grind tour, and look like the Oilers by the end of their road trip.

Nieto scores in the last minute of the first period, 1-0 Sharks heading into the intermission.

It is scoreless in the Predators-Coyotes game in the first intermission.

I feel like going over to the Sharks/Nuck forums and posting pictures of Vespas and Segways (Or *Gasp* Vespa Segways) in their GDT to impart some bad juju

I'm sitting here trying to figure out your signature.

Your comparing a coin flip, that has two possible equal outcomes, to a game like hockey, which has almost to many variables on any given night to count....

Then you apply odds of paying .45 cents..to making a buck....on a 50-50 chance. Of course odds are in your favour.

How the heck does this have anything to do with "advanced stats"?
