you cant really blame him there, he got faked and a nice goal by Vrbata.

What's the problem? A regulation win either way is fine. Better than them heading to extra time deadlocked.

Would you rather have the Canucks or the Sharks win? Personally I prefer that the Canucks win so we have more breathing room against the Sharks. I think the Canucks will be there at the end.

it was a nice play by Vrbata but Niemi sat on his ass after a cross ice pass by Sedin, he effectively took himself out of the play

@wyshynski: On the next goal I expect Niemi to be slightly smaller than a Polly Pocket.

I think a Canucks win is actually better for playoff chances...SJ will be pretty much done with a regulation loss.

on another note Kings only have 6 home games left after tonight

4 on 4 should help Pitts get more pressure, just hoping they can steal one in the SO here.

So much hooking, slashing and interference coming from LA. It'd be nice if the refs actually call something.

Pens should have the better chance with the open ice.

I agree, if the Sharks strung some wins it could be trouble for us. I'm more concerned about Sj and LA staying behind us than us catching Vancouver. I'd argue that we've play better on the road this season, so I'd be perfectly alright with us not catching 2nd place... as much as I like to see the nucks fail hard.

Haha. Enjoy your boatload of road games from here on out, LA. Soon you won't have home ice to save your rears any more. Every point at home that slips could be fatal.
